The website is designed to educate people about Morgan Creek. I have lived in Morgan Creek for over 8 years now and have sold over 150 properties in Morgan Creek. Over the years I have found that alot of people don't know very much about Morgan Creek. We have always been that odd duck that no one has every heard about. I meet people outside of Morgan Creek and they might ask me where I live and no one has ever heard of Morgan Creek. Even people that have lived in Roseville forever. I say we are a diamond in the rough. This lack of exposure to the outside world has made Morgan Creek a great value if you are looking to buy a home.
